Reduction of emissions
Iron foundries, asphalt mixing plants, cement, crushed stone and gravel plants, paper mills and other industrial enterprises use base-load energy on the one hand and technical biocarbons for processes or products on the other. The modular design of the carbonation technology also allows larger scales between 6 and 20 units.

Performance data of 20 modules

A minus CO2 factory with 20 modules provides at least 32,000 t of biocarbons, 160 GWh heat, 100,000 t CO2 certificates, 1,600,000 l pyrolysis oil, and 100,000 t NET Materials®. If we consider only the heat energy generated, a paper mill could be supplied with CO2-neutral energy from the synthesis gas produced.

Organic coke from pollutants.

While some substances are readily carbonizable, they should not be reintroduced into the environment even as coal. This includes chemically contaminated damaged wood or old railroad sleepers. We use this material to produce biocokes that are burned in blast furnaces, replacing lignite and hard coal.
